Verification and account approval takes too long. The support is overall good though certain individuals can be rather iffy in service provision. I haven't been with them for long yet but so far in terms of account trading experience, the slippage can be bad especially for scalpers with low profit target strategies. The overall redeeming quality is the professionalism from customer support and the timely payouts, and I guess that matters more. The errors can be fixed definitely, particularly on the amount of time it takes to get accounts approved and enabled, and the issue of slippage and "raw spreads" which seem to be cooked up lol. Otherwise besides this, the community is professional, payments are timely, the monthly promotions are incredible, and it's a good firm

Hi everyone. I just passed my phase 2 of pro challenge like 2 weeks ago.. and after that we are supposed to get funded account and in order to trade on the funded account you have to complete your kyc and contract signing process.. but here's the thing. the new dashboard does not have a kyc processing option ... so that was frustrating for me..i contacted the support team via Email and i discussed the issue with Miss Adeniyi from their support team she helped me through the process by sending me a manual link to complete my kyc and i signed my contract. this way i got my funded account activated .. i would like to thank Miss Adeniyi for her huge help with the problem... I see people are frustrated about their late payouts here and i hope their issues get resolved too.. .

My Experiences

I haven't received a payout yet, so the following experience is just a challenge period. * Goods: - The price is ok. - The support team, discount program, and bonus games are very interesting. * Bads: - Some rules seem complicated, such as Rapid Fire Trading. - The Rapid Fire Trading rules are too strict and not suitable for scalping strategies like me. - I especially don't like that the review takes place after you have completed a trading day. And the next day you receive an email notifying you that you have violated this or that and a significant amount of money will be deducted from your account. This is very frustrating and suspenseful, it feels like someone is always waiting to stab you in the back. If the violation does not lead to account closure, if it does happen, it must be warned and blown the whistle immediately, just like when the violation leads to account closure. The comments are my personal ones with the sincere wish that will continue to improve and develop.
